Shipping Policy

Fulfillment

Inventory is imported under DDP terms from ISO-certified manufacturing partners and held at a verified third-party logistics (3PL) facility in the United States. All outbound orders ship domestically from that facility.

Destinations

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the import of research chemicals is restricted, and we do not export orders internationally.

Processing and Transit

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Standard domestic transit is generally 2–5 business days.
• Tracking information is issued by email once a shipment is released.

Handling and Packaging

Lyophilized material is packaged to protect against light and mechanical damage. Where a compound requires temperature control, shipments include insulated packaging and cold packs. Upon receipt, materials should be stored according to the specification on the batch certificate of analysis.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Report visible damage, short shipments, or non-delivery within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date so we can open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Compliance

All shipments are labeled for research use only and are supplied on the condition that the recipient is a qualified laboratory or institution. Materials are not for human consumption and are not FDA approved.
